Your electricity network provider (distributor) is responsible for delivering electricity to your premises and for the quality and continuity of that supply and this will be set out in the customer connection service contract. If you have a problem with your network supply — either the service itself or work done that disrupts that service — QEnergy will help you to resolve that with your distributor as soon as reasonably practicable.
