Dedicated Facilities. Generator shall install, own and maintain, at Generator’s cost, the Dedicated Facilities including associated protection and switching devices.
Dedicated Facilities a) During the term of this Agreement, Public Service shall design, construct, and install the Dedicated Facilities outlined in Exhibit B.
b) Once installed, the Dedicated Facilities shall be owned and operated by Public Service and all costs associated with operating and maintaining the Dedicated Facilities shall be the responsibility of Public Service, unless otherwise agreed.
c) Upon execution of this Agreement, Public Service shall be authorized to begin construction and to procure the necessary facilities and equipment to complete the installation of the Dedicated Facilities, as described in Exhibit B. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, if for any reason, the Generation System project is canceled or modified, or this Agreement is terminated by the Customer or by reason of the Customer’s failure to diligently pursue the interconnection, such that any or all of the Dedicated Facilities are not required, the Customer shall nevertheless reimburse Public Service for actual costs incurred by Public Service in pursuing the installation of the Dedicated Facilities, including, but not limited to, any additional costs to remove and/or to complete the installation of the Dedicated Facilities. The Customer may, for any reason, cancel the Generation System project, so that any or all of the Dedicated Facilities are not required to be installed. The Customer shall provide written notice to Public Service of cancellation. Upon receipt of a cancellation notice, Public Service shall take reasonable steps to minimize additional costs to the Customer, where reasonably possible. This provision shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
Dedicated Facilities a) During the term of this Agreement, MVEC shall design, construct and install the Dedicated Facilities outlined in Exhibit B. The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for paying the actual costs of the Dedicated Facilities attributable to the addition of the Generation System.
b) Once installed, the Dedicated Facilities shall be owned and operated by the MVEC owner and all costs associated with the operating and maintenance of the Dedicated Facilities, after the Generation System is operational, shall be the responsibility of MVEC, unless otherwise agreed.
c) By executing this Agreement, the Interconnection Customer grants permission for MVEC to begin construction and to procure the necessary facilities and equipment to complete the installation of the Dedicated Facilities, as outlined in Exhibit B. If for any reason, the Generation System project is canceled or modified, so that any or all of the Dedicated Facilities are not required, the Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for all costs incurred by the MVEC, including, but not limited to the additional costs to remove and/or complete the installation of the Dedicated Facilities. The Interconnection Customer may, for any reason, cancel the Generation System project, so that any or all of the Dedicated Facilities are not required to be installed. The Interconnection Customer shall provide written notice to MVEC of cancellation. Upon receipt of a cancellation notice, MVEC shall take reasonable steps to minimize additional costs to the Interconnection Customer, where reasonably possible.
Dedicated Facilities. During any time Services are performed at the County Facilities, Service Provider shall provide the Services using hardware, software and related resources dedicated solely to supporting County. Unless otherwise expressly provided in a Service Agreement, all Services provided from the offsite Service Provider’s Facilities may be provided using shared Equipment and Software Service.
Dedicated Facilities a. Prior to CHARTER routing Switch Access Traffic to TRI-COUNTY, CHARTER shall establish a Switch Access two-way trunk group in accordance with applicable Switch Access Tariffs.
b. Per Applicable TRI-COUNTY Access Tariff.
Dedicated Facilities. 7.4.1. Any new or existing facilities owned by PSE and dedicated to use by Microsoft at any Location shall be as specified in this Special Contract and covered by a separate special equipment lease or other agreement between PSE and Microsoft.
7.4.2. PSE will continue to maintain all PSE-owned transformers at Microsoft’s Locations and will manage any outages on the high voltage side of such PSE- owned transformers. PSE will respond and notify Microsoft promptly of any outages affecting Microsoft’s Locations.

Dedicated Facilities. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Dedicated Facilities are exclusively utilized to support the A&P Stores serviced from such Facilities. C&S covenants and agrees that it will not perform any services or other activities of any sort whatsoever at any of the Dedicated Facilities (a) on behalf of its other customers, (b) on its own account, or (c) for A&P Stores other than the A&P Stores which are normally serviced by such Dedicated Facilities, except to the extent expressly consented to in advance and in writing by A&P. Furthermore, C&S agrees it will not, without A&P's prior written approval, warehouse at or transfer to or from any Dedicated Facility any Merchandise that is not intended for use or resale at the A&P Stores serviced by such Dedicated Facility, nor will C&S otherwise transfer Merchandise between any Facilities. To the extent A&P gives written approval to C&S with regard to the activities for other customers otherwise prohibited in the preceding two (2) sentences, C&S will account for and record any incremental expense incurred in connection with such activities and such expenses will not be considered Costs under this Agreement and will therefore not be chargeable to A&P. The Parties will periodically explore additional opportunities to transfer the A&P Volume to Dedicated Facilities. To the extent any Shared Facility ceases to hold any significant amount of case volume for C&S customers other than A&P Volume for a period of time not less than one Contract Quarter, A&P and C&S shall jointly determine if such Shared Facility shall be treated as a Dedicated Facility for the purposes of this Agreement.
Dedicated Facilities. The equipment that is installed by Nodak Electric in order to establish the interconnection between the Generation System and Nodak Electric’s distribution facilities. Dedicated facilities may not be required for Nodak Electric to provide any service to a party other than the Interconnection Member.
Dedicated Facilities a) During the term of this Agreement, Public Service shall design, construct, and install the Dedicated Facilities in order to interconnect the Generation System with the Public Service electric distribution system at the Point of Common Coupling.
b) Once installed, the Dedicated Facilities shall be owned and operated by Public Service and all costs associated with operating and maintaining the Dedicated Facilities thereafter shall be the responsibility of Public Service, unless otherwise agreed.
c) Upon execution of this Agreement, Public Service shall be authorized to begin the design and construction and to procure the necessary facilities and equipment to complete the installation of the Dedicated Facilities.
