Common use of Distributor Expenses Clause in Contracts

Distributor Expenses. Distributor assumes full responsibility for all its own costs and expenses incurred in carrying out its obligations under this Agreement, including but not limited to all rents, salaries, commissions, advertising, translations of documents and materials, demonstration, travel and accommodation for the employees, agents, representatives or other personnel of Distributor.

Distributor assumes full responsibility shall be responsible for all its own costs and expenses incurred in associated with the carrying out of its obligations activities under this Agreement, Agreement by its associated persons (including but not limited to all rents, salaries, commissionstravel, advertisingoccupancy and training), translations printing, mailing and delivery of documents communications to Customers (including without limitation prospectuses and materialsannual and semi-annual reports to Customers), demonstrationfees for third party consulting and administrative services maintaining licenses and registrations, travel and accommodation for the employees, agents, representatives or any other personnel of Distributorexpenses associated with printing marketing materials and filing such materials with regulatory agencies.
