Common use of Distributor Expenses Clause in Contracts

Distributor Expenses. Distributor will pay all of its costs and expenses (other than expenses and costs agreed to be payable by the Trust and other than expenses which one or more dealers may bear pursuant to any agreement with Distributor) incurred by it in connection with the performance of its distribution duties hereunder. The Distributor shall pay, among other things, (i) all expenses relating to Distributor's broker-dealer qualification and registration under the 1934 Act; and (ii) all other general business overhead expenses incurred in connection with the distribution services provided under this Agreement, including office space, equipment, and personnel as may be necessary or convenient to provide the services.
