DISTRIBUTOR'S TECHNICAL SUPPORT OBLIGATION. DISTRIBUTOR_________ GUPTA________ GUPTA PREMIUM International Distribution Agreement [GUPTA LOGO] For the term of this Agreement, DISTRIBUTOR shall require that its VARs take responsibility for providing First Line Support for the Products to End Users, and DISTRIBUTOR shall provide Second Line Support for the Products to its VARs. GUPTA has no obligation to accept support requests directly from DISTRIBUTOR's VAR or its End Users.
