DISTRICT ACCESS. PROVIDER shall notify BOARD employees of the location and/or any change in location at which it is providing services to eligible students. It shall allow access to its facilities for periodic monitoring of each student’s instructional program by BOARD employees and shall be invited to participate in the review of each student’s progress by BOARD employees. BOARD representatives shall have access to observe each student at work, observe the instructional setting, interview PROVIDER, and review students’ progress including the behavior intervention plan, if any.
DISTRICT ACCESS. The District shall have the right to enter upon and have access to the Concession Stand at all times for any reason. Nothing herein contained shall be held to limit or qualify the District to free and unobstructed use, occupational and control of the Concession Stand for itself and other proper purposes.
DISTRICT ACCESS. This section should specify any district policy requiring provider notification to the district of any change in location at which services are provided to students. Include any policies requiring the provider to allow access by the district to any facilities for periodic monitoring of students’ instructional programs and for review of students’ progress. During the Term, the District shall have access to all areas of the Site and the Facilities, including unobstructed internet access, as necessary to allow the District to maintain the Site and to conduct any other District-sponsored or District-supported events or programs on the Site pursuant to and consistent with the terms of this Agreement, provided that the District’s activities on the Site shall not unreasonably interfere with the operations of the Charter School.

DISTRICT ACCESS. The District, its agents, contractors and employees have a licence, exercisable on 24 hours prior written notice to Fulcrum, to enter upon the Fulcrum Land from time to time prior to the Completion Date, at the District’s sole risk and expense, for the purpose of making inspections, surveys, tests and studies of the Fulcrum Land. The District agrees to:
DISTRICT ACCESS. The District and its employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors, licensees, and invitees have the right to enter upon and travel through the portion ofthe Leased Property more particularly described in Exhibit D-l attached hereto and made a part hereof (the "Eastern Portion of the Leased Property"), the Okeelanta Reservation Area, and the New Hope Reservation Area (collectively, the "Subject Area"), in accordance with Section 3 of each of the Okeelanta Reservation, the New Hope Reservation and the Lease Conditions, as the case may be; provided that such access does not (i) unreasonably interfere with the farming operations of Okeelanta or New Hope or their respective rights under the Okeelanta Reservation, the New Hope Reservation or the Lease Conditions or (ii) damage any roads located in the Subject Area. If the District or its employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors, licensees, and invitees elect to use any roads located in the Subject Area pursuant to this Section 5(a) for hauling construction materials, which election shall be made by written notice to Okeelanta identifying the roads to be used for hauling construction materials, the District agrees to be solely responsible for the maintenance and repair of such roads to a condition that is appropriate for the farming, harvesting and hauling activities of Okeelanta and New Hope but to no better condition than that in which the roads were in prior to their use for hauling construction materials, and if the District does not comply with its obligation to maintain and repair such roads within fifteen (15) days after receipt of written notice from Okeelanta or New Hope, as applicable, Okeelanta or New Hope may undertake such maintenance and repairs as Okeelanta or New Hope shall deem appropriate and the District shall reimburse Okeelanta or New Hope, as the case may be, upon demand for the reasonable costs of such maintenance and repairs.
