Allocation of Space. Organizer shall allocate to the Exhibitor, in respect of Exhibition Rights at the Congress, a display stand, shell scheme package and/or exhibition space, in accordance with the parameters set out in this Agreement (together, the "Exhibition Space"). The Exhibition Space shall be made available for the Exhibitor's use during the period of the Congress, on an "as is, where is" basis. Organizer shall use commercially reasonable efforts, but does not guarantee, that it will fulfill any special requests made by the Exhibitor. By executing this Agreement, Exhibitor makes a final and irrevocable commitment to use the Exhibition Space allocated to Exhibitor and to maintain Exhibitor's exhibition and installation at the Exhibition Space until the date and time fixed for closure of the Congress. Organizer reserves the right to modify the location and/or positioning of the Exhibition Space to the extent Organizer deems necessary or advisable for any reason, with no obligation to provide compensation to Exhibitor. Organizer further reserves the right to immediately revoke the Exhibition Rights in respect of the Exhibition Space or any portion thereof, and to offer same to a third party, to the extent Exhibitor fails to complete the installation of its exhibition at the time of the opening of the Congress, with no obligation to provide any compensation or refund to Exhibitor. In no event may Exhibitor transfer, assign or sub-let the Exhibition Space or any part thereof to any third party or allow any third party to otherwise use the Exhibition Space or any part thereof.
Allocation of Space. 43.1 All applications for space shall be dealt with by the Company in the order in which they are received. The Company will endeavour to comply with requests for specific sites, but shall have full power to determine the allocation of space and any matter relating to the allocation of space as it deems fit.
43.2 The Company also reserves the right to vary the general layout of the Exhibition and the space allocated to any Exhibitor, if in their opinion, such an amendment is in the general interest of the Exhibition, or if the Company is requested to do so by the local authority or any other competent authority.
Allocation of Space. 35.1.1 The Organiser shall use reasonable endeavours to allocate the Exhibit Space or facilities applied for by the Customer in the Booking Form. However, in order to facilitate an orderly layout of the Event, the Customer agrees to accept such Exhibit Space as may be reasonably allocated to it in Organiser’s sole discretion, provided that the amount of Exhibit Space allocated to the Customer by the Organiser is not less than the amount of Exhibit Space allocated to the Customer in the Booking Form.
35.1.2 The area allocated to the Customer in accordance with clause 35.1.1 shall be the full extent of the display area available to it at the Event and the Customer shall not be entitled to exhibit outside of this space. If any dispute arises as to the allocation of space, the decision of the Organiser is final.
35.1.3 In the event of the Customer giving written notice at any time prior to the Event of its intention not to take possession of or use such Exhibit Space allocated to it, or in the event of its failure to take possession of such Exhibit Space prior to the opening of the Event in accordance with the applicable move-in provisions of the Customer Services Manual, the Organiser may, without prejudice to its other rights, deal with such Exhibit Space as the Organiser in its absolute discretion thinks fit.
Allocation of Space. The determination of the Allocated Space shall be at the sole discretion of the Organizer whose decision shall be final. If no Space is available for the Exhibitor, the Organizer shall refund to the Exhibitor the Agreement Price received from the Exhibitor without interest and the Organizer shall not have any liability to the Exhibitor whatsoever. The Organizer may from time to time change the Allocated Space to another space of comparable size by giving the Exhibitor three days written notice of such change. The terms of this Agreement shall nevertheless remain unchanged should the Organizer relocate the Exhibitor’s Space.
Allocation of Space. It is recognized that the demand for space may exceed available space for various reasons and that the allocation of space is a complex matter. In this vein the Board will attempt to provide adequate and suitable space for the needs of LA, ESL, Counsellors, Diagnosticians and other part-time, itinerant or district staff working in a school.
Allocation of Space. OMG will allocate space for your exhibit on a first-come, first-served basis, acting in its sole discretion and based upon available resources.
Allocation of Space. For purposes of this Agreement, the Parties agree the allocation of classrooms and shared space on the Site and Facilities, including the Portables, is based upon 554.48 in-district ADA for the entire Term. With the exception of the installation of up to eight (8) Portables, the Charter School is not authorized to make any structural or permanent physical changes to the Site and Facilities unless permitted or required by Sections 12 (Maintenance of Site and Facilities), 13 (Installation of Improvements), and 14 (Condition of Property) of this Agreement. Charter School will have shared use of common spaces and specialized classroom space at the Site and Facilities as described more fully in the terms and conditions for the shared use arrangement. Coordination of common spaces and shared use areas at the Site and Facilities shall be the responsibility of the onsite principals of each occupant. Additionally, co-occupants at the Site shall coordinate with each other with regards to each occupant’s student population during the Term of this Agreement. The total student capacity at the Site shall not exceed the limits of the Class 14 CEQA categorical exemption. Charter School must report their total and in- district enrollment to the District each year during the Term to ensure compliance with this Section. This information must be provided to the District upon the District’s request at any time.
Allocation of Space. Lessor hereby allocates to Lessee, for the term of this MOU, use of the Space in the manner and for the purpose specifically set forth herein.
Allocation of Space. 2.1 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse, amend, change the position, withdraw or otherwise deal with the allocation of space should it, in the opinion, be in the general interest of the Exhibition.
Allocation of Space. Spaces will be available on a preselect list for our Platinum sponsors and after that on a first-come, first-served basis. The ERPUG Steering Committee reserves the right to achieve a balance of exhibitor types and to assist with space location of exhibitors.
