AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT Each of the Parties represents and warrants that its undersigned representative has been expressly authorized to execute this Agreement for and on behalf of such Party.
Authority to Execute Each person executing this Agreement represents and warrants that he or she is duly authorized and has legal authority to execute and deliver this Agreement. Each party represents and warrants to the other that the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the performance of such party’s obligations hereunder have been duly authorized. AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE THIS AGREEMENT The person or persons executing this Agreement on behalf of CONSULTANT warrants and represents that he/she has the authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of the CONSULTANT and has the authority to bind CONSULTANT to the performance of its obligations hereunder.
Authority to Enter Agreement Consultant has all requisite power and authority to conduct its business and to execute, deliver, and perform the Agreement. Each Party warrants that the individuals who have signed this Agreement have the legal power, right, and authority to make this Agreement and bind each respective Party.
Authority to File The Aggrieved Person may request an expedited Appeal either orally or in writing.
Competent Authorities and Contact Points 1. Each Party shall provide each other Party with a description of its competent authorities and their division of responsibilities.
Authority to Sign If this document is not signed by all of the persons comprising the Supplier, any person who has signed this document warrants to DFMC that it is duly authorised to sign and bind all the persons comprising the Supplier.
Authority to Bind Contractor The signatory for the Contractor represents that he/she has been duly authorized to execute this Contract on behalf of the Contractor and has obtained all necessary or applicable approvals to make this Contract fully binding upon the Contractor when his/her signature is affixed, and accepted by the State.
RIGHT TO AUDIT; SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS; AUTHORITY OF STATE AUDITOR By executing this Agreement, implementing the authority of, and accepting the benefits provided by Chapter 313 of the TEXAS TAX CODE, the Parties agree that this Agreement and their performance pursuant to its terms are subject to review and audit by the State Auditor as if they are parties to a State contract and subject to the provisions of Section 2262.154 of the TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE and Section 313.010(a) of the TEXAS TAX CODE.
