District Compensation. The Association shall pay the District an amount equal to the actual cost of such Association activities contained in Article 3.0 and section 5.7. The exact compensation amount shall be adjusted at least annually by mutual agreement between the District Superintendent and the Association President. District Compensation. The District shall compensate all Professional Employees in accordance with the salary schedule indicated in Appendix A-1. Salaries of Professional Employees regularly employed by the Board of Education for the first semester shall be based upon official evidence on file in the Office of the Superintendent by September 1 of each school year. All Professional Employees shall be required to possess license appropriate for their employment duties.

An advisory salary schedule committee may be created to review the salary schedule on an annual basis. This committee shall be limited to four Board of Education representatives and four De Xxxx Teachers’ Association representatives. Additional individuals may be invited to specific meetings to provide information. This committee will submit written recommendations for salary schedule changes to the negotiations teams after February 1st of each year. Salaries of Professional Employees regularly employed by the Board of Education for the first semester shall be based upon official evidence on file in the Office of the Superintendent by September 1 of each school year. All Professional Employees shall be required to possess license appropriate for their employment duties.
District Compensation. The employee shall endorse to the District the temporary disability indemnity checks on account of his or her industrial accident or illness if during any pay period he or she receives full and regular pay from the District.

  • Compensation and Fringe Benefits (a) The Company shall, during the Term of Employment, pay to the Executive as compensation for the performance of his duties and obligations a salary of $240,000 per annum. This compensation is subject to annual review and adjustment, as appropriate in the judgment of the Company.
