Common use of District‐initiated change orders Clause in Contracts

District‐initiated change orders. If a change order is initiated by the District, the Architect’s fee for services related to such change order shall be paid as an Additional Service under Articles 4 and 6. If a change order is solicited by the District but not subsequently authorized by the District, the Architect shall be paid for time spent on the proposed change order.
