District Review of CM Services. The Construction Manager must allow any or all of the Authorized District Representatives (defined in Section 6.4), at any reasonable time and with reasonable notice, to inspect or review the CM Services and all records related thereto maintained by the Construction Manager in order to determine whether the CM Services are being performed in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
