District Security Clause Samples

The District Security clause establishes the requirements and responsibilities for maintaining safety and security within a specified district or area. It typically outlines the measures that must be taken, such as surveillance, access controls, or the presence of security personnel, and may specify which party is responsible for implementing and funding these measures. By clearly defining security obligations, this clause helps prevent disputes and ensures that all parties understand their roles in protecting the district, thereby reducing risks related to unauthorized access, theft, or other security breaches.
