Disturbance. 9.3.1. Lessee shall conduct its Non-Commercial Aeronautical Activities in an orderly and proper manner so as to not annoy, disturb, or interfere with (or be a nuisance or menace to) others. Xxxxxx agrees it will not in any manner interfere with the landing and taking off of Aircraft at the Airport or otherwise constitute or allow a hazard to Aircraft or others to exist.
