Divergences from Law. If Contractor becomes aware of any divergence between any applicable Law and the Specifications, Scope of Work or any other provision of this Agreement, it shall promptly give GEC written notice specifying the divergence and its proposed Change for remedying such divergence. Following execution of an appropriate Change Order, which shall provide for any change in the Contract Price, Project Schedule or other terms of this Agreement arising from the Change in Law, Contractor shall complete the Work in accordance with such Change Order.
