Dividend Account. (a) No later than the Closing Date, on behalf of the Trust Fund, the Servicer shall establish and maintain, or cause to be established and maintained, a separate, segregated account which shall be entitled "Xxxxx Fargo Bank Minnesota, National Association, as Trustee, in trust for the registered holder of the Dividend Account Certificate issued by First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2002-FF2" and which shall be an Eligible Account. The investment of funds in the Dividend Account shall be as provided in Section 3.12.
