Division of the Specifications. A. For convenience, these specifications are arranged in several divisions and sections, but such separations shall not be considered as the limits of the Work required for any subcontract or trade; the terms and conditions of such limitations are wholly between the Contractor and his subcontractors, and the County will not be responsible for any division of Work by subcontractors. The Contractor will be solely responsible for all subcontract arrangements of Work regardless of the location of provisions in the specifications.
