Doc Xxxxxx Drive. Construction of 2 lanes of Doc Xxxxxx Drive from Horseshoe Bar Road to King Road, the signal at Doc Xxxxxx Drive and King Road, and the traffic signal at Doc Xxxxxx Drive and Horseshoe Bar Road shall be substantially completed as described in Exhibit E. Full build-out of Doc Xxxxxx Drive including curb, gutter, sidewalk, two-way left turn lane, bike trail, landscaping etc. will be substantially completed (as determined by the Town Engineer) prior to occupancy of the adjacent phase of the Project.
