Dock Rules and Regulations. Owner shall comply in all respects with the Dock Rules and Regulations adopted by Port, which Dock Rules and Regulations may be revised by Port from time to time at the Port’s sole discretion. Dock Rules and Regulations will be posted on the Port’s website and will be provided to Owner upon Owner’s request. Failure to comply with the Dock Rules and Regulations shall constitute a default hereunder.
