Common use of Dockage of Paycheck Clause in Contracts

Dockage of Paycheck. For any days exceeding accumulated leave, the application for use of days from Catastrophic Leave Bank must be turned in to the Catastrophic Leave Bank committee by the 15th of the month and approved by the Catastrophic Leave Bank by the 18th of the month or the paycheck will be docked for all days exceeding the allotted sick leave days. Once approved by the Catastrophic Leave Bank if after the 18th of the month, the certified employees will be reimbursed on their next paycheck.
