Common use of Dockside Status Clause in Contracts

Dockside Status. “Dockside status” shall mean any period during which the Training Ship is made fast alongside the Academy pier in Buzzards Bay except any such period during which the Training Ship, while so made fast, is determined by the President of the Academy or his/her designee to be on Sea Term status or shipyard status.
