Examples of our documents include any paper or electronically managed service form (Part 1), form, application, loan form, note, contract, this Part 2, record, file, letter, disclosure, schedule, periodic statement, statement, check, item, receipt, information return, notice, warning, advisory, explan- atory material, newsletter or anything else we create or use to man- age the business of our Credit Union. You understand and agree the documents we create and/or use to manage our products and services and retain in our records, are binding on you and us.
