DOCUMENTATION ACCURACY. Grueninger issues airline tickets, hotel confirmations and other travel documents for such services as an agent for the companies that provided these services directly. Group airline tickets and group hotel accommodations are subject to all terms and conditions of the respective suppliers (airlines, hotel chains, etc.) regarding group travel. These suppliers may limit or exclude the accrual of frequent flyer or reward program points. It is the participant’s sole responsibility to review these documents for accuracy. Grueninger will not be liable for inaccuracies in any travel documents.
