Common use of Documentation as Evidence Clause in Contracts

Documentation as Evidence. If we go to court for any reason, whether the proceeding is instituted by you, us or some other third party, we may introduce into evidence a copy, printout, microfilm, microfiche or electronic version of any document evidencing a transaction under this Agreement and such copy, printout, microfilm, microfiche or electronic version shall be deemed as valid as the original document.
