Documentation Charge. If you request a duplicate copy of your Monthly Statement, a check you wrote on your Account or another document related to your Account, we may impose a charge for sending you the copy, unless prohibited by law. The amount of the fee may change from time to time. You may call our Service Center at (000) 000-0000 for the current amount of the documentation charge. The documentation charge will not be imposed if your request is in connection with a written notice of a billing error, or when you ask for another copy of your Cardholder Agreement or Account Opening Disclosures.
