Documentation of Income Eligibility at Recertification. Lead/subgrantees must verify and document income eligibility at recertification. CBRA Income Eligibility Worksheet (or equivalent) and all allowable income documentation (See Appendix G) must be kept in the client file. Ineligible at Recertification If a household is determined ineligible at recertification, grantees have the option of providing up to six additional months of rental subsidy to support the household to transition to self-sufficiency. The decision to provide additional rental subsidy of up to 6 months must be noted in the client file.
