DOCUMENTS AND DRAWINGS. a. Based on the mutually agreed upon program, or scope of work, schedule and construction budget requirements, the A/E shall prepare, for written approval by DFCM, Schematic Design Documents consisting of drawings and other documents illustrating the scale and relationship of Project components. b. The Schematic Design Documents shall comply with this Agreement and the Design Manual. c. The Schematic Design narrative shall include the A/E’s proposed design and construction budget which shall be within the DFCM budget provided to the A/E.
