Documents and Instruments to be Carried Aboard. While Purchaser’s harvest vessel is harvesting or transporting geoducks, Purchaser shall, at all times, have aboard the harvest vessel copies of this contract, tract maps, Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife Validation Card, depth-finder, distance measuring device, and VHF marine radio. Every diver shall carry an accurate depth gauge while diving within the water column above the Harvest Area(s).
