DOCUMENTS AT THE SITE. The Contractor shall maintain at the site for the Owner one copy of the Drawings, Specifications, Addenda, Change Orders and other Modifications, in good order and marked currently to indicate field changes and selections made during construction, and one copy of approved Shop Drawings, Product Data, Samples and similar required submittals. These shall be available to the Architect and shall be delivered to the Architect for submittal to the Owner upon completion of the Work as a record of the Work as constructed.

DOCUMENTS AT THE SITE. (a) Project Co shall keep one copy of the current digital files of the Project Agreement, Project Documents, Project Schedules, submittals, reports, Variation Confirmations, Project Co Variation Notices, Variation Directives, partnering documents, records of meetings and all other documents necessary for the administration of the Project at the Site, all in good order and available to Contracting Authority, Xxxxxxx’ Consultant and Contracting Authority Representative. Project Co shall keep a daily log available to Contracting Authority, Xxxxxxx’ Consultant and Contracting Authority Representative at all times. (b) Project Co shall, where practical, keep one copy of current standards and manufacturers’ literature specified in the Project Documents at the Site in good order and available to Contracting Authority Representative and Xxxxxxx’ Consultant and their representatives for the duration of the Works.
DOCUMENTS AT THE SITE. 3.10.1 The Contractor shall control, store and retain copies (one of which must be in hardcopy) of the Agreement, Submittals, reports, and records of meetings at the Site, in good order and readily available to the Owner and the Contract Administrator. Upon the request of the Owner, the Contractor shall provide hard copies and electronic copies of all the foregoing documents to the Owner, at the Owner’s cost, except to the extent the delivery of such document already forms part of the Fixed Price Work. 3.10.2 The Contractor shall accurately and continuously note on the Drawings and Specifications kept by the Contractor at the Site, (1) all approved changes and deviations made during the Work which differ from that shown or specified in the Agreement and reviewed Shop Drawings indicating, in a neat, accurate and legible manner the Work as actually installed; (2) the exact location and detail of buried, embedded or concealed as-built conditions and all other as-built conditions of the Work (including the location of all asbestos abatement Work dealing with such matters as floor tiles and pipe insulation); and (3) the exact location and detail of Work installed on a “field run” basis (collectively, the “As-Built Drawings”). If any Work is performed otherwise than as shown in the Agreement, the Contractor shall note on such As-Built Drawings the Work as installed, including with respect to the mechanical, electrical and fire protection Work. The As-Built Drawings shall be made available for review by the Owner and the Contract Administrator at all times. The Contractor shall deliver the As-Built Drawings to the Owner on or before Substantial Performance of the Work, in the following format: (A) one complete set of reproducible final versions; and (B) one complete set stored on the latest edition of AutoCAD or such other format required by the Owner.

XXXX shall provide Owner with a set of manufacturers’ recommendations and instructions.

The Contractor shall keep a daily log available to the Owner, the Lender’s Consultant and the Consultant at all times. 3.10.2 The Contractor shall where practical, keep one copy of current standards and manufacturers’ literature specified in the Contract Documents at the Place of the Work in good order and available to the Consultant and the Lender’s Consultant and their respective representatives for the duration of the Work.

The Design-Builder must keep one complete set of the Contract Documents, including all Drawings, specifications, and submittals, at the Site, in good order and available to the Commission, Architect and the Commission Representative. The Drawings, specifications and submittals must be kept up to date by replacing obsolete sheets with revised sheets as they are issued.
