DOCUMENTS AT THE SITE. 3.10.1 The Contractor shall control, store and retain copies (one of which must be in hardcopy) of the Agreement, Submittals, reports, and records of meetings at the Site, in good order and readily available to the Owner and the Contract Administrator. Upon the request of the Owner, the Contractor shall provide hard copies and electronic copies of all the foregoing documents to the Owner, at the Owner’s cost, except to the extent the delivery of such document already forms part of the Fixed Price Work.
