Common use of DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION Clause in Contracts

DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION. Each of the Paying Agents and the Registrar shall make available for inspection or collection during normal business hours at its Specified Office such documents as may be specified as so available at the specified office of such agent in the Base Prospectus or, in relation to any Notes, the Conditions, or as may be required by any listing authority, stock exchange and/or quotation system by which any Notes may from time to time be admitted to listing, trading and/or quotation. Each Paying Agent and the Registrar shall provide by email to a Noteholder copies of all documents required to be so available by the Conditions of any Notes, following the Noteholder's prior written request and provision of proof of holding and identity (in a form satisfactory to the relevant Paying Agent and Registrar).

Each Paying Agent and the Registrar shall provide quotation or such documents may be provided by email to a Noteholder copies of all documents required to be so available by the Conditions of any Notes, following the Noteholder's their prior written request to any Paying Agent or the Registrar and provision of proof of holding and identity (in a form satisfactory to the relevant Paying Agent and or the Registrar, as the case may be).
