DOCUMENTS COMPRISING AGREEMENT AND CONFLICT CONTROL. This Agreement consists of this Agreement for Provision of Exemption Audit Services (“Agreement”), and the associated Interlocal Agreement for Use of Property Tax Collections to Fund Exemption Audit Services (hereinafter, the “Interlocal Agreement”)MOUs between the PROPERTY APPRAISER, TAX COLLECTOR and each Pinellas County TAXING AUTHORITIEStaxing authority, which isare hereby incorporated by reference. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Interlocal AgreementMOUs in relation to the rights and duties of TMA, the PROPERTY APPRAISER, and the TAX COLLECTOR, this Agreement shall supersede.
