DOCUMENTS FOR INFORMATION. The Contractor shall not delay the Works pending the receipt by the Contractor of the comments on documents submitted to the Employer for information. However, the Employer shall have the right to comment on all the documents submitted by the Contractor, when, in the opinion of the Employer the document does not comply with the Contract or otherwise. The Contractor shall satisfactorily demonstrate that the information contained in the aforesaid document does meet the requirements of the Contract or revise the document in order that the information shall comply with the requirements of the Contract.
