In addition to any other documents which Contractor is required by the other provisions of the Agreement to provide for Owner’s review, Contractor shall submit copies of the following documents, Drawings and Specifications to Owner for review and comment. These documents are not subject to Owner approval; however, Contractor will consider all Owner comments consistent with Attachment A, including the Basis of Design, Design Criteria/Basis, Feed Documents and Drawings and Specifications updated during performance of the Work. In addition, Owner may select other documents with the agreement of Contractor. a. Process flow diagrams (PFDs) b. Heat and material balances c. Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs) d.
