The Company has made available to Parent a true and correct copy of each collective bargaining agreement to which the Company or any of the Company Subsidiaries is a party or under which the Company or any of the Company Subsidiaries has obligations, and with respect to each Company Benefit Plan, to the extent applicable, (i) such plan and summary plan description (including all amendments to each such document), (ii) the most recent annual report filed with the IRS, (iii) each related trust agreement, insurance contract, service provider or investment management agreement (including all amendments to each such document), (iv) the most recent determination of the IRS with respect to the qualified status of such plan and (v) the most recent actuarial report or valuation.
