Documents Mailed to the Lenders. Promptly after the execution by the Administrative Agent and the Lenders of any document entered into pursuant to Section 16(a), the Administrative Agent shall mail, by certified mail, postage prepaid, a conformed copy thereof to each Lender at its address shown on the Note Register, but the failure of the Borrower or the Administrative Agent, to mail such conformed copies shall not impair or affect the validity of such document.
