Contractor shall keep one copy of all Contract Documents, including addenda, change orders, Division I, Title 21 of the California Code of Regulations, Parts 1-5 and 12 of Title 24, and Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations, and the prevailing wage rates applicable to the Project, which are a part of Contract Documents, on job at all times. Said documents shall be kept in good order and shall be available to District representative, Architect and his representatives. Contractor shall be acquainted with and comply with the provisions of said Titles 21, 22 and 24 as they relate to this Project. (See particularly Duties of the Contractor, Title 24 California Code of Regulations, Section 4-343.) Contractor shall also be acquainted with and comply with all California Code of Regulations provisions relating to this Project, particularly Titles 17, 19, 21, 22 and 24.) Contractor shall also make available all books, records, accounts, contracts, bids, etc. upon request of District.
