Common use of Documents Prepared by the Service Provider to Be the Property of the Procuring Entity Clause in Contracts

Documents Prepared by the Service Provider to Be the Property of the Procuring Entity. All plans, drawings, specifications, designs, reports, and other documents and software submitted by the Service Provider in accordance with Sub-Clause 3.6 shall become and remain the property of the Procuring Entity, and the Service Provider shall, not later than upon termination or expiration of this Contract, deliver all such documents and software to the Procuring Entity, together with a detailed inventory thereof. The Service Provider may retain a copy of such documents and software. Restrictions about the future use of these documents, if any, shall be specified in the SCC.
