The sale deed or deeds and other documents of transfer to be executed in pursuance hereof shall be in such form and shall contain such covenants exceptions and restrictions etc., as may be drawn by the said Advocate of the Developer and the Purchaser shall execute the same without raising any objection whatsoever Provided That the Purchaser shall be entitled to seek reasonable clarifications thereon.
