New Building. When a new school building is being built and a new staff has been hired, the staff will be given five (5) additional per diem days dedicated to moving into and setting up classrooms, facilities specific training, team building, as well as appropriate staff development as determined by the school leadership team. If there is a request for additional days beyond the five (5) allotted, the request must be approved by the Executive Director of System Accountability and School Administration.
New Building. BUILDING shall mean the proposed multistoried building (I-Red USHA) constructed by the Developer at the said Property in accordance with the Sanctioned Building Plan.

The City also agrees to purchase and maintain stationary exercise equipment, such as a treadmill, stair-stepper, stationary bicycle, etc., for use of bargaining unit members on the Police Department building grounds.

S shall mean the New Building and/or buildings to be constructed by the Developer at the said Property in accordance with the said Plan and to comprise of various self-contained Units office spaces constructed spaces and car parking spaces capable of being held and/or enjoyed independently of each other on ownership basis.

New Building. Licensee shall construct a 20 x 50 building to be located on the east side of the hard courts. Said building shall be used for storage and clubhouse.
New Building. 14.1 In the event that BSBL leases or is desirous of leasing any portion of the main property including any part of the roof area of the high rise residential portion, to the developer or its nominee, or BSBL permits or is desirous of permitting the construction or erection by the developer or its nominee of any structure, building or improvements on or to any portion of the main property aforesaid as an extension of or addition to the property or any part of the main property, each of the company and the holder –
14.1.1 consents thereto and to the appropriation and utilization of the common property or any portion thereof for such purposes;
14.1.2 consents to such structure, building or improvement being used as a property time share scheme in terms of the Acts;
14.1.3 agrees to such structure, building or improvement being linked or tied into the property or the relevant portion of the high rise residential portion so as to become and extension or addition thereto, and to permit the developer or its nominee and its consultants, agents and contractors such reasonable access and rights in respect of the property as may be reasonably necessary or requisite in order to enable the relevant work to be carried out.
14.1.4 consents to the directors of the company being hereby directed with such power and authority as they may require to conclude such agreements as may be necessary or requisite to give effect hereto;
14.1.5 consents to this approval being an undertaking in favour of the developer or its nominee which undertaking is hereby accepted by the developer for itself and its nominee;
14.1.6 undertake that they will not in any way interfere with or obstruct the developer in the exercise of its rights as recorded herein;
14.1.7 agree to support any special or ordinary resolution that may be required to give effect to the terms of any arrangements with the developer or its nominee and to that end the holder irrevocably appoints the nominee of the developer as the holder’s proxy and agent, to the exclusion of the holder, to attend, speak and vote at any meeting of the company convened for the purpose of considering and adopting such special resolution or any ordinary resolution that may be required.
14.2 All rights in and benefits from any such additions or extensions as may be constructed shall accrue to and vest in the developer or its nominee.
