RESTRICTIONS ON ALIENATION BEFORE POSSESSION. Before taking actual physical possession of the said Unit by the Purchaser in terms hereof and before the execution of the Deed of Conveyance in respect of the said Unit in favour of the Purchaser, the Purchaser shall not deal with, let out, encumber, transfer or alienate the said Unit or the rights of the Purchaser hereunder without the consent in writing of the Developer first had and obtained in writing Provided That the Purchaser may do so in case the Purchaser pays the entirety of all the balance consideration and other amounts payable hereunder to the Developer and the Maintenance In-charge and is not in any manner in default in observance of his obligations hereunder And Subject Nevertheless To the following terms and conditions:
