Documents storage. The Merchant shall keep receipts and all other documents relating to the Payment Transaction securely for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the Payment Transaction, or until a dispute relating to the Payment Transaction is resolved, based on the last due date. Within the retention period, the merchant shall provide Paynovate a copy of any document upon first request.
