DOE-H-2048 PUBLIC AFFAIRS. Contractor Releases Of Information (OCT 2014) In implementation of the clause at DEAR 952.204-75, Public Affairs, all communications or releases of information to the public, the media, or Members of Congress prepared by the Contractor related to work performed under the contract shall be reviewed and approved by DOE prior to issuance. Therefore, the Contractor shall, at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the planned issue date, submit a draft copy to the Contracting Officer of any planned communications or releases of information to the public, the media, or Members of Congress related to work performed under this contract. The Contracting Officer will obtain necessary reviews and clearances and provide the Contractor with the results of such reviews prior to the planned issue date. (End of clause)
