Common use of Does Not Meet Score Requirements for a Step Increase Clause in Contracts

Does Not Meet Score Requirements for a Step Increase. If an employee receives an evaluation score that does not meet the score requirements to be eligible for a step increase, at the discretion of the Director, the employee may be re-evaluated in 60-90 days. If the employee receives an evaluation score that meets the score requirements at a later date, the employee shall be granted the step increase effective on that date and their evaluation date shall be adjusted to the new date.
