Dogs and other pets. Tenant may bring pets into the Building subject to such reasonable Rules and Regulations and regulations as Landlord may establish so that they do not disturb other tenants of the Building. Pets other than dogs must receive specific written permission from Landlord. All dogs entering the building must be up to date on vaccinations and wearing a rabies tag. All dogs must be quiet and under control at all times. A responsible person must accompany dogs at all times. Please ask before you allow your dog to approach another dog, or before you attempt to pet someone else’s dog; this is to insure the safety of tenants and visitors, as not all dogs are “approachable”. All dogs walking within the common areas of the building such as the lobby, elevators, hallways and restrooms must be leashed at all times. We reserve the right to ask anyone with an overly aggressive or destructive dog to leave.
Dogs and other pets. You and your Authorized Users, BUT NOT your Guests and not Guests of Authorized Users, may bring no more than two dogs at any one time onto the Docks. You must furnish to us in advance a copy for our files of the current rabies certificate for each dog brought to the Marina. GUESTS MUST NOT BRING DOGS OR OTHER ANIMALS TO THE DOCKS. You are solely responsible for any damage or other harm to any person or property in and around the Marina caused in whole or in part by a dog or other animal brought to the Marina by you, any of your Authorized Users, or any Guest of yours or of any of your Authorized Users.
Dogs and other pets. We at Litchfield Park Pool feel that our pets are a part of our family and know that our customers feel the same about their pets. It is the Customer’s responsibility to see that their pets are properly arranged for ahead of time. If you do not have a separate fenced off area of the yard for your dogs, please see that they are either in house or in their kennel/crate on your service day(s).
Dogs and other pets. No animals shall be permitted in the Building, except for seeing-eye dogs and certified disability assistance animals. Any such assistance animals shall be leashed and shall not disturb any tenants at the Building. The owner of such assistance animals shall be responsible for the safety of other persons at the Building.
