DOMAIN NAME DISPUTE POLICY. In the event of any dispute with respect to a domain name, You agree to be bound by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (“ICANN”) Dispute Policy, as it is in effect at the time of such dispute (“Dispute Policy”). The Dispute Policy is hereby incorporated and made a part of this Agreement by reference for all purposes. The Dispute Policy can be found at <xxx.xxxxx.xxx>.
