Domain-Name Dispute Resolution. During the term of this Agreement, Registrar shall have in place a policy and procedure for resolution of disputes concerning SLD names. In the event that ICANN adopts a policy or procedure for resolution of disputes concerning SLD names that by its terms applies to Registrar, Registrar shall adhere to the policy or procedure.
