Common use of Domestic Facilities Clause in Contracts

Domestic Facilities. Indebtedness under the Detroit L/C Credit Agreement, the New L/C Facility Agreement and the High Yield Notes shall be secured as set forth in the Domestic Loan Documents and High Yield Indenture and shall be non-recourse to the Borrowers or their assets. The Domestic Loan Documents, High Yield Notes and High Yield Indenture shall be in full force and effect, the "Closing Date" as defined in each of the Domestic Loan Documents, High Yield Notes, and High Yield Indenture shall have occurred, and the Domestic Loan Documents, High Yield Notes and High Yield Indenture shall be in form and substance satisfactory to Requisite Lenders.
