Donations. 9.16.2.1 Full-time faculty members may donate sick leave days to the CLB if they have an accumulated sick leave balance of at least forty-five (45) days or more. Full-time faculty members may donate a maximum of fifteen (15) days per academic year, so long as the donating full-time faculty member’s accrued sick leave balance does not fall below thirty (30) days.
