DOT AND THRUWAY PACKAGES. It is anticipated that the NYS Department of Transportation (DOT) and NYS Thruway (Thruway) will require the DOT or Thruway Package specified in the Contract Pricelist for Truck Bodies ordered from the Contract. Contractor shall be required to honor all such additions of DOT and Thruway Packages. When a DOT Package or Thruway Package is specified on the Purchase Order, it shall meet the specifications listed on the Contract Pricelist.
