DOUBLECLICK OBLIGATIONS AND RIGHTS. A. DoubleClick shall have the right to refuse to include in the Service, and to require Company to remove from the Service, any Pages (including its contents) that DoubleClick determines do not meet the standards of the Service or which do not comply with the HTML Modifications, as DoubleClick deems reasonable and necessary in its sole good faith discretion, or in the event of any material change in the nature of the Web Site or the Page from that set forth in Company's application.
